Now Hiring:
Telemedicine Single Session Consultation Mental Health Coach

Whether you are looking to add a few hours a week or a few hours a month to your schedule, we are seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Coaches to join our growing team delivering Single Session Interventions to children and adolescents across Montana.

Full Job Description

Are you a mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, adolescents, and families in Montana without a major shift in your schedule?

We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Coaches to join our growing team delivering Single Session Consultations (SSC) virtually to children and adolescents across Montana, working closely alongside our licensed clinicians. Many adolescents in Montana never make it past their first therapy appointment — SSCs meet them where they are, delivering meaningful, evidence-based support within a single session. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to transform lives, one virtual session at a time, while staying rooted in the Montana communities we all cherish.

Sessions are delivered remotely, giving you the flexibility to serve Montana children and families wherever you are. If you are passionate about expanding access to mental health care and want to be part of a brief, effective intervention, we’d love to hear from you!
