Getting Started
You can access virtual visits from Montana Pediatrics using any device with a microphone and camera – like your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
Creating an Account
The account creation process is quick and easy. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your profile as the parent/guardian and then easily add your children to the account. You can also connect your kiddos with other guardians who are eligible to seek care, too!To create an account, simply click here.
Starting an On-demand Visit
If you’ve already created your account, you can always access care by clicking on the orange “Get Care Now” button throughout our website. When you request care, you’ll need to identify for which child you are seeking care and tell us a bit about your concern. Then you’ll be placed in the virtual waiting room, which unlike a regular waiting room, is germ-free and usually takes less than 10 minutes. Our pediatric-specific provider will join your visit, listen to your concerns, evaluate and treat your child, all from the comfort of home.
Payment, Insurance & Financial Assistance
If you want to use insurance, Montana Pediatrics works with all insurance plans, including Medicaid, and the cost of your visit will depend on your individual plan. If you don’t want to use insurance, a cash-pay visit is usually about $75.Every child deserves quality health care! If you’re hesitant to seek care because of cost, don’t be! We will always care for your child, regardless of your ability to pay. Plus, we have a great financial assistance program that is good for an entire year and can reduce or eliminate your bill.

Who can use Montana Pediatrics’ On-Demand Care?
Montana Pediatrics is available to care for newborns, children, teens, and young adults ages 0-21 who are physically located in Montana. Our care team is made up of Montana-licensed pediatric providers who understand the communities, resources, and realities of caring for kids across our state. If you are traveling or temporarily outside of Montana, we may not be able to provide care during that time due to the healthcare licensing requirements of the state you’re in. However, our providers can help determine the best course of care for you and your family based on your location.
What kind of care should I use Montana Pediatrics for?
If your child is experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911. Otherwise, a Montana Pediatrics on-demand visit is the perfect place to be for when you’re concerned about your child’s health. We see a wide range of cases every day, including things like stomachaches, colds, fevers, sore throats, pink eye, rashes, bug bites, sprains, scratches, head injuries, and more!We often hear how surprised parents are by all of the things we can see and treat via telemedicine!
