Now Hiring:
Telemedicine Single Session Intervention Providers

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Are you a passionate licensed mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, adolescents, and families in Montana without a major shift in your schedule?

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors to join our growing team delivering Single Session Interventions (SSI) virtually to clients across the state. Many adolescents in Montana never make it past a first therapy appointment – SSIs meet them where they are, delivering meaningful evidence-based support within a single session. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to transform lives, one virtual session at a time, while staying rooted in the Montana communities we all cherish. Sessions are delivered remotely, giving you the flexibility to serve Montana children and families wherever you are. If you are passionate about expanding access to mental health care and want to be part of a brief, effective intervention, we’d love to hear from you!

Who We Are

We are healthcare innovators and pediatric providers working together to improve access and health equity through providing high-quality, coordinated telemedicine care to the children of Montana. We create opportunities for physicians across Montana to collaborate. We believe that teamwork, clinical care, and technology can transcend our vast geography to improve the lives of Montana’s families and the future of healthcare in our state. We are unified by the shared goal to make the world better for everyone who cares for Montana’s children.
